Cowan places third in pentathlon at ECAC competition

Boston, Mass. -- Katherine Cowan placed third in the pentathlon on day one of the ECACs with 3,491 points.
Cowan placed second in the high jump at 1.67m, fifth in the shot put with a mark of 10.58m, and was sixth in both the 60m hurdle (9.19) and the long jump (5.31m). Cowan rounded out the competition with a 10th place showing in the 800m with a final time of 2:38.54.
