Women's Track & Field completes day two of ECAC competition

Boston, Mass. -- The University of Maine women's track & field team posted a top-10 finish and a pair of 11th place showings on day two of the ECAC competition.
Mackenzie Wilson posted the top finish of the day for the Black Bears after placing ninth in the weight throw with a mark of 16.97m. Erica Magnuson turned in an 11th place showing in the event at 16.57m.
Ashley Martinez, the America East champion in the high jump, placed 11th in the event after clearing 1.60m.
Darcy Cochran came home 17th in the 60m hurdle preliminary at 9.25 while Jessica Kroushl placed 27th in the 60m dash prelim at 7.91.
