Guillaume Richard Signs NLI with Men's Hockey

ORONO, Maine - The University of Maine men's ice hockey team announced the signing of incoming freshman Guillaume Richard.
Richard currently plays for the Tri-City Storm of the United States Hockey League (USHL). The defender played for team Canada at the U17 World Championships and is currently slotted as a 2nd-3rd round pick for the 2021 NHL Draft. Sports Illustrated has Richard listed on the 2021 NHL Draft watch-list.
Richard will finish his season in the USHL then make his way to Orono in the summer to start his collegiate career with the Black Bears.
