ORONO, Maine - Hockey East announced Thursday that University of Maine women's ice hockey forward Tereza Vanisova has been named the Co-Player of the Month for November.
Vanisova, the Strakonice, Czech Republic native, most recently made program history as she became the all-time leader in career points at 117.
Across her career, she has netted 58 goals and dished out 59 assists in 110 games played.
For the month of November, Vanisova led all of Hockey East with 1.33 assist per game and 2.00 points per game, totaling four goals and eight assists across only six games played. Two of her four goals were game-winning goals.
On the season, Vanisova leads all Black Bear skaters with nine goals, 10 assists and 19 points.
The Black Bears will play host to the Vermont Catamounts in a Hockey East weekend where the two teams will play on Friday, Dec. 6 at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 7 at 2:00 p.m.
