Selection of Black Bears Compete at Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships

BOSTON, Mass. -- The University of Maine men's cross country team placed 15th out of 37 teams at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships at Franklin Park on Friday evening. The Black Bears finished with a time of 2:42:25.
Jesse Orach was the top finisher for the Black Bears as the junior placed 47th with a time of 31:44. Levi Frye placed 71st at 32:09 followed by Aaron Willingham in 92nd with a time of 32:25. Jacob Johns was 116th, crossing the line with a final time of 32:51 while Derrek Schultz (148th - 33:16) and Logan Moses (183rd - 33:47) rounded out the Black Bears.
