
Men's Cross Country Runs Past New Hampshire 18-37

ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine men's cross country team defeated New Hampshire 18-37 on Friday afternoon in a home meet for the Black Bears. Maine senior Kelton Cullenberg (Chesterville, Maine) was the top finisher for the second straight week.
Cullenberg completed the course in 24:59, over 30 seconds ahead of the second finisher. Maine's Alexander Moser (York Harbor, Maine) was second with a time of 25:31. New Hampshire's Kent Harlow placed third with a mark of 25:41.
Ryan Hardiman (Brookline, Mass.) was fourth for the Black Bears with a time of 25:58. He was followed by Jerrod Lenfest (Windsor, Maine) who completed the course in 26:03. Jesse Orach (Gorham, Maine) rounded out the scoring for the Black Bears with a time of 26:16.
The Black Bears next head to Boston on Oct. 12 for a meet in Franklin, Park.
