Jared Facemyer joined the University of Maine in September of 2024.

His current role as Director of Compliance Services involves overseeing off-campus recruiting, transfer processing and eligibility, international admissions reads, assisting with NCAA reporting and APR reporting, and processing medical hardship waivers.

Facemyer graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Sport Management in 2020 from West Virginia University, and earned his Master's degree in Sport Business from Temple University in 2022. Prior to joining UMaine he worked for the Philadelphia Phillies, where he oversaw facility operations during game days, concerts, and the 2022 World Series. He also worked in compliance for the University of New Hampshire athletic department.
