2026 America East Softball Championship

The University of Maine will serve as the host for the 2026 America East Softball Championship at the Pierre & Catherine Labat Softball Complex, May 6-9. 

On this page, you can find information on tickets, parking, concessions, the tournament schedule and streaming information.

 TICKETS 

Tickets for the 2026 America East Softball Championship are on sale now through the Black Bear Ticket Office. Each ticket is good for all the games on that day.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children 14-and-under and can be purchased online via the button below. 

Additionally, tickets are $2 for students with a valid student ID from an America East school.

 PARKING & DIRECTIONS 

DIRECTIONS

Due to on-going construction activity and the University commencement ceremonies taking place on Saturday, May 9, fans attending the 2026 America East Softball Championship are asked to enter campus via Rangeley Road: 

 

-Take I-95 to Exit 191 (Kelley Road/Orono). Turn left onto Main Street and continue straight for approximately 1.5 miles

-Stay straight onto Park Street and continue about a half mile to the traffic circle.  

-Take the third exit on to Rangeley Road and arrive at UMaine.  

-Continue straight on Rangeley Road for about one mile and turn left onto Hilltop Rd.   

-The Pierre & Catherine Labat Softball Complex is located at the bottom of the hill.  

 

PARKING

Fans attending the 2026 America East Softball Championship must register for their free parking pass via the button below. Fans are asked to park in the two lots highlighted in blue below.

 GAME SCHEDULE 

The six-team tournament will follow a four-day, double-elimination format. It will begin on Wednesday, May 6 and continue until Saturday, May 9 with Sunday, May 10 being used as a rain date.

 

Wednesday, May 6

GM 1: No. 3 Seed vs. No. 4 Seed | 11:00 a.m.
GM 2: No. 2 Seed vs. No. 5 Seed | 1:30 p.m.
GM 3: No. 1 Seed vs. Lower Seeded Winner G1/G2 | 4:00 p.m.

 

Thursday, May 7

GM 4: Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2 (elimination game) | 11:00 a.m.
GM 5: WInner Game 3 vs. Higher Seeded Winner G1/G2 | 1:30 p.m.
GM 6: Loser Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4 (elimination game) | 4:00 p.m.

 

Friday, May 8

GM 7: Loser Game 5 vs. Winner Game 6 (elimination game) | 12:00 p.m.

 

Saturday, May 9 | Championship

GM 8: Winner Game 5 vs. Winner Game 7 | 12:00 p.m.
GM 9: If Necessary Game | 2:30 p.m.

 FAN INFORMATION 

Concessions will be available from the UMaine Dining Food Truck (cash or card).

Restrooms will be located in the white building beyond the left field fence.

All games of the 2026 America East Softball Championship will be available for streaming on ESPN+ with an international stream available via America East TV.
