OUTDOOR (2019): Placed 1st in both the 400m Hurdles (56.06) and in the 4x400m (3:28.13) at the New Hampshire Season Opener (4/6) ... Placed 1st in both the 400m Hurdles (55.08) and the 4x400 (3:28.75) at the New Hampshire Invitational (4/13) ... Had a career best 53.96 in the 400m Hurdles at the America East Outdoor Championships (5/4-5/5) finishing 3rd.

INDOOR (2018-2019):  Placed 2nd in both the 500m (1:09.21) and the 4x400m (3:29.08) at the New Hampshire v UMaine Meet (11/30-12/1) ... Placed 2nd in the 4x400m (3:32.52) and had a career best 600m (1:28.00), good for 3rd at the Bates Invitational and Mutli (1/18-1/19) ... Placed 2nd in both the 500m (1:09.18) and the 4x400 (3:34.59) at the New Hampshire v UMaine v Vermont v Dartmouth Meet (1/26) ... Had a career best 800m (2:05.18), good for 4th and placed 1st in the 4x400m (3:31.92) at the UMaine Sunday Invitational (2/10) ... Had a career best 500m (1:05.99) at the America East Indoor Championships (2/22-2/23).

OUTDOOR (2017): Ran for a personal best in the 110m Hurdles (16.74), at the Holy Cross Invitational ... Ran for a personal best in the 400m Hurdles (57.37), at the 2017 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
