Bradly Nadeau has been named the Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week, as announced on Monday by the league.

Nadeau scored three goals and added an assist for a four-point weekend in Maine's sweep of Merrimack.

On Friday night, Nadeau scored the game-winning goal in the third period of the Black Bears' 2-1 win. Saturday night saw the St-François-de-Madawaska, New Brunswick native score two goals and add an assist on the game-winning goal for his second three-point game of the season.

Nadeau finished the weekend tied for second in the conference with 12 shots on goal and was tied first in plus-minus at plus-4.

This is the first career weekly honor for Nadeau.
