Providence, R.I. -- James Olivier was Maine's top finisher at Friday evening's Friar Invitational, hosted by Providence College.
Olivier led three Maine distance runners in competition on Friday, placing 12th in the 800m event at 1:54.54.
Samuel Mills placed 17th in the men's 5000m event, crossing the line at 14:37.77. Alec Troxell took 22nd in the event with a mark of 14:49.12.
