Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine men's swimming & diving team defeated Holy Cross, 156-142, on Senior Day at Wallace Pool.
Liam Blair and 
Riley Clark led Maine with two wins each as the Black Bears combined for seven individual victories while sweeping the relay events.
Blair swept the backstroke events, touching the wall first in the 100 yard backstroke at 53.04 before taking gold in the 200 backstroke at 1:58.15.
Clark earned two victories on the diving boards as he took first place honors in the 1-meter event with a final score of 268.13. Clark tallied a winning score of 288.15 in the 3-meter event.
Finn Devers also posted an impressive day, winning the 200 freestyle with a final time of 1:45.21 before tallying a runner-up showing in the 100 freestyle at 48.69. 
Kevin Arpin also recorded a win and a second place showing. Arpin touched the wall first in the 100 freestyle with a time of 48.37 and was the runner-up in the 50 freestyle at 22.10.
Cam Watelet posted three second place finishes in the 200 butterfly (2:00.43), 100 fly (52.71), and the 200 IM (2:02.22).
Thomas LaFrance (2nd, 1000 freestyle, 10:12.80), Nate Teerlinck (2nd, 100 breaststroke, 1:00.80), DJ Mulligan (2nd, 1m dive, 225.53) all were runners-up in their respective events.
Scott Klein posted a pair of bronze finishes, placing third in both the 200 freestyle (1:47.10), and the 500 freestyle (4:58.34).
The team of Blair, Teerlinck, Watelet, and Arpin came home first in the 200 yard medley relay with a winning time of 1:35.31. Devers, Blair, Kaden Kilger, and Arpin won the 200 freestyle relay at 1:26.43.
