Orono, Maine - Maine Swim and Dive set to open the 2022-23 season on Friday, Oct. 14 at 3:30 P.M. in meet against Dartmouth College.

For UMaine, the last time they competed was when they played host to Mass Maritime on Oct. 30, 2021.

The Black Bears are joined by 17 incoming freshmen. Ten on the female side and seven on the male side.

For both teams, they will be looking to build off of a strong 2021-22 season in which the men found themselves placing 4th and the women placing 5th at the America East Championships. The Maine men scored a total of 333 while the women finished with a score of 391
