ORONO, Maine -- Eight current and former University of Maine men's ice hockey student-athletes will compete at various NHL Development Camps throughout the end of June and into early July.
Returning Black Bears
Mitchell Fossier (Boston – June 26-29);
Patrick Holway (Detroit – June 26-30);
Brady Keeper (Minnesota – TBA);
Chase Pearson (Detroit – June 26-30);
Patrick Shea (Florida – (June 26-29),
Jeremy Swayman (Boston – June 26-29) and
Eduards Tralmaks (Ottawa – June 26-July 2) will take part in their respective camps this summer. Former Black Bear
Nolan Vesey (Edmonton – June 25-28) will participate at the Oilers' Development camp after he was traded from Toronto before signing a two-year, entry level deal with Edmonton.
The 2018-19 Black Bears host the University of Prince Edward Island in an exhibition contest on Oct. 8 before officially opening the regular season on Friday, Oct. 12 when they welcome St. Lawrence to Alfond Arena.
