Men's Indoor Track and Field Compete at the IC4A Indoor Championships

BOSTON, Mass. -- The University of Maine Men's indoor track and field team competed at the IC4A indoor championships at the BU track and tennis center.
Jacob Johns placed second in the one mile run prelims with a time of 4:05.88, which qualified him for the finals and placed him third on the Maine all-time list. Levi Frye placed 20th with a time of 4:14.10.
Jake Leithiser placed second in the prelims of the 800 meters with a time of 1:50.70. That time places Leithiser third on the Maine all-time list.
Assad Hicks placed sixth in the high jump with a mark of 1.99 meters/6' 6.25".
The Men's Indoor track and field team continue tomorrow as they conclude the IC4A indoor championships.
