'An Evening with the Black Bears' Set for Feb. 28

ORONO, Maine -- You're used to evening's with the Black Bears, usually watching them play basketball on the court. This particular "Evening with the Black Bears" is different! Join the University of Maine women's basketball team on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 5-7 p.m. for its annual "Evening with the Black Bears".
The event, which will take place from 5-7 p.m., will feature the Friends of UMaine Women's Basketball, the staff, the players and all of Black Bear Nation! All attending are asked to dress-up for this fun-filled evening. It is a perfect way to beat the cold winter blues and enjoy an evening of delicious hors d'oeuvres and more, beverages, and conversation in a beautiful home!
Lisa and Andrew Spaulding will host the event at their home located at 58 Broadway in Bangor. The event is $50 per person with all checks payable to the University of Maine.
