Women's Cross Country Falls to New Hampshire

ORONO, Maine -- The University of Maine women's cross country team fell to visiting New Hampshire by a score of 16-43 on Friday afternoon.
Annabelle Wilson was the top finisher for the Black Bears, placing fifth with a time of 19:55.3.
Hope Gardner placed seventh at 20:13.1 and was followed by Faith Gardner in eighth at 20:21.8.
Maine returns to competition on Sept. 25 when it travels to compete in the Coast to Coast Battle at Franklin Park.
