Richards Honored as Hockey East Player Of The Week

ORONO, Maine - Women's Ice Hockey Senior Forward Audra Richards has been awarded the title of Hockey East Player of the Week for her performance this past week against Dartmouth and BU, scoring 5 points on the week.
Despite the Black Bears 1-2 record on the week, with 2 losses coming in conference play, Audra Richards was the bright spot in the week that was for Maine Women's Ice Hockey, collecting 5 points on 4 goals and 1 assist; at Dartmouth on Tuesday and at Boston University on Sunday, she scored two goals in each game (one of them being the game-winner at Darmouth), and recorded an assist on Saturday, also at BU.
Richards and the Black Bears have the week off until Sunday, Nov 22 when they return home to host UConn at 2pm.
