Emilie Brigham Wins Hockey East Rookie of the Week

ORONO, Maine- Emilie Brigham (Anoka, Minn.) was named Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week on Monday afternoon. This is Brigham's second time being honored with a Hockey East Award.

Brigham brought the Black Bears back into the game against Vermont. Brigham sparked a third period comeback when she scored at 10:56 into the period cutting the led 2-1. At 16:44 into the period Brigham added the assist on the game-tying goal.

Meghann Treacy (Lake Peekskill, N.Y.) also recieved honorable mention as she made 46 saves in a triple overtime game against Vermont.
