Audra Richards Named Hockey East Co-Player of the Week

ORONO, Maine- Audra Richards (Maplewood, Minn.) was named Hockey East Co-Player of the week on Monday morning. Richards notched four points on the weekend helping Maine sweep UConn.

Richards scored a hat trick in Saturday's game where Maine had a 5-2 victory over the Huskies. She added an assist in Friday's game to help Maine grab a 4-1 win. Richards leads the Black Bears in scoring with 15 goals. She also leads the team in points with a total of 18.

Maine was also named Team of the Week by Hockey East after back-to-back wins over UConn.

Maine travels to Vermont for the Hockey East Quarterfinal game Saturday March 1st. The puck drops at 1pm.
