Swimming Hosts Boston College and Vermont This Weekend

ORONO, Maine – The University of Maine men's and women's swimming teams compete at home in Wallace Pool for the first time this season this weekend. The teams will host Boston College on Friday, Nov. 7 at 5 PM and then Vermont and Boston College on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 11 AM.
The Black Bears split with the University of Rhode Island and Providence College to open the season two weeks ago.
Naja Harvey (Orono, Minnesota) and rookie Emma Pontius (Portland, Maine), each won multiple events during the two meets.
Ryan Fahey (Quincy, Mass), Matt England (Bangor, Maine) and Nicholas Sundquist (Windham, Maine) all were multiple winners for the men's squad on the opening weekend.
This will be one of you lone chances to see the swimming teams at home this season. Their next and only other home meet is Jan. 17 when they host Bowdoin.
