PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island -- Naja Harvey won two events, while Chloe Adams (Davie, Florida) and Emma Pontius (Portland, Maine) each won one events to lead the University of Maine women's swimming team at their meet at Providence College.
Harvey won the 100-meter breast stroke with a time of 1:13.51, the 200 meter breast stroke with a time of 2:42.21. , and was a part of Maine's 200-meter medley relay which took home top honors with a time of 2:02.87. Along with Harvey, Taylor Sharp (Burlington, Ontario) and Summer Hagen-Nickerson (Carver, Massachusetts) were also on the team.
Adams won the 200-meter freestyle with a time of 2:08.56, while Pontius won the 200-meter butterfly in a time of 2:24.76.
Katerina Mosquera-Cardi (Montreal, Quebec) won the 100 meter butterfly in 1:06.79.
Maine returns to action on Nov. 7 and 8 when they host Boston College and Vermont.
