Mariah Fujimagari named Hockey Easy Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week.

Freshman goalie Mariah Fujimagari was named Hockey East Pro Ambitions Rookie of the Week on Tuesday Morning.
Fujimagari was in the net for Maine's two games against Robert Morris and Penn State this past weekend. Fujimagari had 44 saves in the game against Robert Morris. Mariah has seen action in 5 games this season.
This is Fujimagari first time being honored for a Hockey East award. Fujimagari set a career high with 44 saves in the Robert Morris game where Maine fell 4-2. Mariah made 29 saves in the game against Penn State on Saturday where the Black Bears tied the Lions 1-1 in overtime.
The Black Bears return home this weekend to take on Brown University, te puck drops on Friday at 2pm.
