
Ticket Information Regarding Maine's NCAA Football Playoff Game on Dec. 7

The University of Maine football team, 2013 CAA champions, earned a #5 seed in the FCS NCAA playoffs and will host a second round playoff game at Alfond Stadium in Orono December 7 at 2PM. Maine will oppose the winner of the Lafayette-New Hampshire first round game slated for Nov. 30 in Durham, NH.
Tickets for the Dec. 7 game will first be available online through GoBlackBearsTickets.com starting at 12:01 AM Monday morning. The UMaine Athletic Ticket Office at Alfond Arena will begin sales at 8:30 AM Monday morning. Tickets may also be purchased by calling 581-BEAR starting at 8:30 AM. Season ticket holders will have priority for their seats but must purchase those seats by the end of the day Nov. 27 or they will be made available to the general public. Ticket prices will remain similar to the regular season with advance price and gameday price levels. Advance prices are as follows: Chairback seats $15, adult tickets (bench seat) $10, and youth/senior/staff tickets $8. Group tickets are $5 for groups of 20 or more and must be purchased in advance of the game. Gameday prices will be $20 Chairback, $15 adults, and $10 youth/seniors.
Per NCAA guidelines, complimentary tickets are not available. However, the Office of Student Affairs will purchase tickets for students so they may attend the game free of charge. Students may present their Mainecard at the Athletic Ticket Office to obtain their ticket in advance if they choose. If availability allows, student tickets can also be picked up on gameday.
The Athletic Ticket Office will be open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week but closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.
