Baseball Coach Trimper to Speak at Pair of Conventions

ORONO, Maine -- University of Maine baseball coach Steve Trimper is scheduled to speak at a pair of baseball conventions in early January.

Trimper will talk at the ABCA Chicago Convention which will be held Jan. 3-6, 2013. He is one of approximately 25 coaches or baseball professionals that will present at the convention. Trimper's topic is titled "Drills That Won't Freeze." He joins Stony Brook head coach Matt Senk as the only two America East coaches scheduled to speak.

Trimper will also speak at the World Baseball Coaches Convention held Jan. 10-12, 2013 at Mohegan Sun. The clinic typically attracts over 1,000 coaches from throughout the United States.
