Women's Soccer Falls at Dartmouth 1-0

HANOVER, N.H. -- The University of Maine women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision on Sunday afternoon at Dartmouth. The Big Green scored the lone goal of the game in the 34th minute to earn the victory.
Maine falls to 3-3-1 on the seaon, while Dartmouth improves to 2-4-1.
Dartmouth scored the lone goal of the game at 33:53. Ally Dutton and Kelly Brait teamed up to find Marina Moschitto. Moschitto beat Maine keeper Meagan Price-Leibenzeder (Surrey, British Columbia) for her first goal of the season.
Dartmouth outshot Maine 10-5 in the game. Maggie Malone (Halifax, Nova Scotia) led the Black Bears with three shots in the game. Kaitlyn MacIsaac (Bedford, Nova Scotia) had a shot on goal for the Black Bears.
Price-Leibenzeder and Big Green netminder Colleen Hogan each finished the game with one save. Price-Leibenzeder falls to 3-3-1 on the season. Hogan improves to 1-0-0.
Maine now swings into America East Conference play for the remainder of the season. The Black Bears next host Binghamton on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 12 noon at Alumni Field in Orono.
