DURHAM, N.H. -- The University of Maine men's basketball team travels to take on New Hampshire on Tuesday at 7 p.m. live on Comcast SportsNet New England. Maine will be looking to get back on the winning track and try to clinch the third seed for the America East Tournament.
Storylines
The University of Maine men's basketball team (14-13, 8-6) travels to take on the New Hampshire Wildcats (12-15, 6-8) in an America East clash live on Comcast SportsNet New England.
The game will be the 179th meeting between the two teams, the most games Maine has played against a single team.
Maine is coming off a tough 71-60 loss at three-time MAAC Champion Siena in an ESPN Sears BracketBusters game.
The Black Bears were led by Troy Barnies who had 14 points and nine rebounds while Malachi Peay came off the bench to score 11 points in just 15 minutes of action.
New Hampshire is coming off a 58-49 loss at Marist with Chandler Rhoads leading the Wildcats with 16 points and three assists.
In the previous contest this season, Barnies had a huge game with 20 points and 14 rebounds to lead the Black Bears to the 64-50 win
