ORONO, Maine--The University of Maine football team hosts James Madison on Senior Day for the Black Bears. Kick off is scheduled or 12 p.m. Fans can catch all the action on the Black Bear Sports Network with Rich Kimball and Bob Lucy covering all the action. There is also a buy one, get one free ticket special ongoing for the game.
Game Storylines
The University of Maine football team (4-6, 3-4 CAA) hosts James Madison (5-5, 2-5) on Senior Day for the Black Bears.
12 Maine seniors will be honored before the game for their efforts in the Black Bear uniform.
Maine is coming off a 28-18 win at Towson last weekend.
Maine was led by RB Pushaun Brown who rushed 21 times for 101 yards and a score while DB Trevor Coston returned an interception 35 yards for a score.
James Madison is coming off a 30-24 victory over #1 William and Mary.
James Madison was led by Dae-Quan Scott who rushed for 125 yards and three scores while Jamal Sullivan rushed 17 times for 121 yards .
The Black Bears will be looking to end the Dukes' run of four-straight victories over Maine.
In last year's contest, the Dukes opened up a 22-0 lead, before the Black Bears scored 14 unanswered points in the fourth quarter and were driving for the potential game-tying score but could not quite convert.
Maine is looking for its second-consecutive Senior Day victory after defeating Rhode Island last year by the score of 41-17.
The game features four of the top-15 tacklers in the CAA in Maine's Donte Dennis (6th/97 tackles) and Vinson Givans (15th/80) and James Madison's Stephon Robertson (8th/90) and Pat Williams (8th/90).
Maine WR Tyrell Jones is 90 receiving yards away from moving into the top-15 in Black Bear history for most career yards receiving.
Maine's Brown is looking for his third-straight 100 yard rushing game.
