Roderick Elliott was the University of Maine Football's first Little All-American. He led the team in scoring in 1935, 1936 and 1937. He was an All-Conference selection in 1936 and 1937. Elliott held school records for most points in a game, most points in a season and longest punt. Elliott played baseball in 1935-36 and tennis in 1938. Roderick was also a two time Eastern Canadian Ski Jumping Champion.
