Orono, Maine -- University of Maine head men's basketball coach Chris Markwood has announced that Killian Gribben and Darius Lopes of the University of Maine men's basketball program are out for the 2025-26 season due to injuries.

Both Gribben and Lopes are dealing with lower body injuries that will sideline them for the entirety of the 2025-26 season. Lopes suffered his injury in the preseason while Gribben suffered his during his season debut at Stony Brook.
