Orono, Maine -- The University of Maine men's and women's cross country teams, who will host the 2023 America East Championships, have announced competition schedules for the 2023 season.

All home meets for the Black Bears for the 2023 season will take place at Penobscot Valley Country Club in Orono, Maine.

Maine begins its season on Sept. 1 when the men's and women's teams host Army.

The Black Bears hit the road for a trip to Indiana State where they will take part in the John McNichols Invitational on Sept. 16. Maine remains on the road for the Battle in Beantown at Franklin Park, Mass. on Sept. 29.

Maine's 'B' team will take part in the Maine State Meet in Bangor, Maine on Sept. 30.

The Black Bears will compete at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in Bronx, N.Y. on Oct. 13 before returning home to host the 2023 America East Championships at Penobscot Valley Country Club on Oct. 27.
