Maine's men's and women's track teams competed, Saturday, on day 2 of the America East Championship at Boston University. The men's team finished in eighth place with 41 points. The women's team finished in eighth place with 42.
On the men's side, third-year
Mozai Nelson finished in seventh in the 60m with a time of 7.07. In the 800m, second-year
Tucker Corbett finished in 13th with a time of 1:56.24.
In the mile, fourth-year
Jacob Johns finished in second with a time of 4:15.04. Fourth-year
Jesse Orach followed up his fifth-place finish in the 5000m with a fourth-place finish in the 3000m with a time of 8:25.82. Fourth-year
Justin Tracy finished the 3000m in 8:28.87.
First-year
Troy Davis finished in seventh in the high jump with a jump of 1.99m. In the long jump, first-year
Erick Seekins finished in 11th with a jump of 6.55m In the shot put, third-year
Jeremy Frantz finished in fifth with a throw of 15.59m. Third-year
Isaiah Brooks finished the shot put in seventh with a throw of 15.01m.
On the women's side, second-year
Lauren Magnuson finished the 200m in seventh with a time of 24.98. In the mile run, first-year
Alison Wyman finished in 11th with a time of 5:17.78. Fourth-year Tiana Bibb finished in 13th with a time of 5:24.35.
Magnuson led a sixth-place finish in the 4x400m relay in a time of 3:56.67, which included fourth-year
Teal Jackson, first-year
Brittany Torchia, and third-year
Alexis Dietrich.

Grace MacLean followed up her first-place finish in the pentathlon with a second-place finish in the high jump with a jump of 1.75m.

Ariel Clachar finished in fourth in the long jump with a jump of 5.61m. Second-year Lucia Guarnieri finished in ninth with a jump of 11.21m. Third-year
