It's the home opener! Football is back and we have a jam packed weekend of events at Alfond Stadium! It's Hall of Fame weekend as we welcome back our 2017 Class, including the '93 National Champion Men's Ice Hockey team. We are also honored to welcome back the 1987 Football team which captured the Yankee Conference title and became the first UMaine football team to play in the NCAA playoffs. Also, its Scout Day as the Black Bears will offer special group ticket rates to all Boy and Girl Scouts in attendance!

The Black Bears are honored to host 'Military Appreciation Day', presented by Dead River Company. A major component of the Military Appreciation Series partnership is to provide all military personnel, veterans and their immediate family members with complimentary tickets to each of the selected games. Military personnel and veterans with proper identification are asked to call the ticket office at 207-581-BEAR to reserve complimentary tickets for themselves and their immediate family member. Ticket(s) may also be picked up by visiting the UMaine Athletic Ticket Office, located in Alfond Arena.

Maine Football returns to Portland for the first time since 2005 to take part in the Portland Series, presented by Gorham Savings Bank.

The Black Bears are proud to welcome all First Responders to the game! All First Responders are asked to contact the UMaine Athletics ticket office at 207.581.BEAR for special ticket pricing options. Maine will also welcome all youth on Youth Day as well as honor the Black Bears' 24 seniors in their final regular season home game at Alfond Stadium.
