ORONO, Maine - The Black Bears were scheduled to take on the UMBC Retrievers to open up conference play this weekend, with a double header on Saturday the 18th and a third game on Sunday the 19th, but due to the winter weather this past week, the games have now been canceled due to the field conditions in Baltimore, stemming from the after effects from the storm.

The games have not yet been rescheduled, while Maine and UMBC are set to face off in Orono for three games on May 6th and 7th.

Maine will be back in action next weekend as they travel to Queens, New York to face St John's for a three game series, double header on Saturday the 25th at 1pm, and a final game on Sunday the 26th at 12pm.
