Orono, Maine -- The countdown is on! Maine football officially opens its home slate on Saturday Sept. 24 when it hosts James Madison in Colonial Athletic Association action at noon on Family and Friends Weekend!

The Black Bears are eager to offer new season membership options and exciting new updates to the tailgate experience! Season memberships are on sale now for just $55! Those who choose to become members will offer several benefits including free parking, a special edition season member t-shirt and a tailgate parking pass which will grant access to the all-new Leadbetter's season member only tailgate lot!

The new Leadbetter's lot will be located in Lot B, directly behind the video scoreboard! This lot will offer premier views of Morse Field as fans will beable to watch the Black Bears walk to the field and conduct pregame warmups - all while enjoying the comforts of your own special tailgate location!
