ORONO, Maine - Tereza Vanisova has been awarded Hockey East Pro Ambitions Co-Rookie of the month, after scoring 11 points in the month of November, which a conference-best among all Hockey East skaters.

Vanisova scored 6 goals and tallied 5 assists in the month of November, she was tied in the month of November for most goals scored among NCAA rookies in that month. She scored in both of Maine's win in the month, against BU on the 12th she scored her first career hat trick, including the game-winner on a power play, and on the 29th against Dartmouth she scored the first two goals of the game for Maine in their 3-2 victory. 

Vanisova also leads the team in SOG for the month with 27 and finished the month with a +4. Only one player on the roster was higher (Brooke Stacey) with +6.

The Black Bears travel north for an exhibition against the Mount Allison Mounties in Presque Isle, Maine at 2pm. They return home for more regular season action next weekend against Union, Friday and Saturday the 9th and 10th of December, both games at 2pm.
